The Jekyll Island Golf Academy offers complete instructional packages with a PGA Pro from private lessons, group & corporate clinics, short game schools, and commuter golf schools.
TENNIS
13 clay courts among beautiful landscaping. The Jekyll Island Tennis Center was selected by Tennis Magazine as one of the “25 Best Municipal Tennis Facilities” in the country. The center host a variety of camps & tournaments. The staff will arrange a game for you. Private & group lessons, rental racquets, ball machine and equipment repair available.
BIKING
More than 20 miles of paved trails. Bring your own bike or rent one on the Island.
FISHING
Freshwater fishing is allowed in two areas on the island or go crabbing or fishing from the fishing pier at the north end or surf fish and seine for shrimp at the south end of the island. Fishing charters are also available at the marinas. A Georgia fishing license, required for all fishing activities including crabbing and seining.

The Georgia Audubon Societies has designated Jekyll Island as an “Important Birding Area” and features several significant birding sites.
