Rates effective from September 2011-April 2012.

Reservations require a $400 Advance Deposit.

State Tax applies for less than 90 nights of stay.

Local tax will be charged for the first 30 nights of stay.

Deposits will be refunded only if reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival.

Payments for accommodations will be due on the first of each month.

Housekeeping services are performed once a week on designated day.

There is a one-time Pet fee of $50 for a Deluxe or Efficiency, $75 for a 1-Bedroom, $95 for a 2-Bedroom.
